The first step in the process of custom design is to consult with one of our jewelry professionals. During the meeting, you can talk about your vision for the piece and see some of the possibilities and capabilities that we offer our clients. At this point, you will work with the jeweler to outline exactly what you would like the piece to be.

Review Rendering

After your consultation, the jeweler will submit your outline to our designer who will create a CAD drawing of the piece. After the drawing is finished, you can meet with the jeweler again to review the computer render and make sure the piece is exactly what you would like.

Pickup

After your design is approved, we will begin creating the finished product. Once the piece meets our quality standards, you will be notified that it is ready for pickup!
