We do offer a variety of watch repairs including batteries, link adjustments, and many more. Watch batteries typically cost between $8-18 and are backed by our one year warranty.

OVJ only purchases metals such as gold, silver, and platinum. These will be purchased at a percentage of market value based on the discretion of the jeweler.

We like to take care of our clients! We cover all manufacturer defects and also offer lifetime care plans through Jeweler’s Mutual.

Absolutely! Insurance appraisals cost $120 for the first item and $90 for each additional. You will receive both a paper and email copy.

We do not send out repairs. All work is completed in-house by our experienced Master Bench Jewelers for your peace of mind.

All repair estimates will be completed by the jeweler. All you need to do is drop off your piece(s) and you will receive an estimate in your email within the next couple of days. We only begin the repair once we have your approval.

We are open on weekdays from 10-5:30pm and on Saturday from 9:30-3:00pm.

Typically, you only need to set up an appointment if you are looking to create a custom design or are looking for engagement rings. During the appointment, you will sit down one-on-one and work to create exactly what you’re looking for.
